The technology school for people who ship.
Solutech runs cohort-based and self-paced programs taught by senior engineers and AI researchers actively working in production. No fluff, no recycled lectures — only the patterns and judgment that matter when the system is on fire at 2 a.m.

Cohort-based, taught by operators, judged by your peers.
A Solutech cohort runs on a real calendar. There is a start, an end, and a small group of engineers — never more than forty — moving through it together. The live sessions, two hours a week, are taught by people who built the systems they are teaching about and who still build them. Recordings exist for the time zones that don’t work; the conversation lives in the live room.
The work is project-based. Each course ships a capstone you can show — an eval harness, a RAG service, a fine-tune, a written strategy — and your code is reviewed by the instructor, not by a grader. We invite your cohort into the review too. The disagreement is the lesson; we make space for it on purpose.
Alumni keep the Slack. Many keep each other on speed-dial. Employers send entire teams through together; we run private cohorts for organizations that want one curriculum across many engineers. The economics are slower than a self-paced bundle and the outcomes are stronger. We are comfortable with that trade.
Taught by people who built it.
Principal AI Engineer
Dr. Lena Park
Spent six years building production-grade alignment infrastructure before stepping into teaching full time.
Staff Engineer
Marcus Hale
Built and operated some of the most-trafficked payment APIs on the internet; now teaches the LLM systems version of that craft.
Research Lead
Yuki Tanaka
Retrieval and reranking specialist; previously published work on the family of dense-retrieval techniques that power most modern RAG stacks.
VP Engineering
Adaeze Okonkwo
Twenty-year veteran of large-scale engineering organizations; teaches the leadership track and judges the capstones.
“I’d taken three courses before Solutech. This was the first one that changed how I architect systems, not just how I write code.”
Train your engineering org.
Solutech runs private cohorts for engineering organizations putting four or more engineers through together. Private cohorts use the same curriculum and instructors, with one calibration session up front to tune the project work to your stack.
Most teams who run a Solutech cohort run a second one within twelve months. We are happy to share references from teams who have.
